Don't really know, but I do know that my record is around 51/7 on MW2, and I do remember 3-5 of those deaths happened in the middle of the game in a row. Seems that when I notice I'm doing good I get careless.
About 60 on TF2 as an engineer. I'm slightly shamed to say I had a sentry in the area above the spawns on Well, although they still didnt send a demo/spy to come get me.
Also on TF2, whenever I've got a good medic (or two, one with a kritzkrieg) and good communication. I've singlehandedly (with their help obviously) wiped out entire teams of 16 people multiple times without dying. Uber for chokepoints and kritz for gleefully mowing them down...
Plenty of others though. 40 kill sniper streak on Reach, smg spree on Bad Company 2 (first smg, can't remember the name)

Something like a 30 kill tank spree on BF3, Damavand Peak conquest.
Took that long before -everyone- on their team went engineer and sent what must have been about 10 SMAWs and 5 Javs at me.

20 kills during a 2 vs 2 match in Conduit 2. The other two weren't as skillful compare to me (my rank was way higher than theirs) and I must admit I felt sort of a dick that I let my partner getting little kills at all in that match.
17 in Halo Reach. I was playing with 2 friends of mine (and 1 rando) and we were able to keep each other alive. I had 17 kills, one friend had 18 and the other had 12. Yes that means the 4th guy only had 3 kills. He also had all of the deaths.

Got 20 or so the other day on Battlfield 3. Tehran Highway, US side. Yeah, I'm that really annoying bastard that sits up in the US deployment zone with a sniper rifle, a 12x ballistic scope, and can see most of the map.
Still, 20 is a hell of a lot for me. I would like to thank all the new just-got-the-game-for-christmas-players for lining up to get shot in the head for that one.

96 consecutive kills, UT2003(y'know the one everyone forgot once UT2004 came out, whichI of course also bought cuz it was awesome), we were playing instagib arena... so I guess I'm really good at shooting first or something, cuz it's all one hit kills with a pin point accurate gun.
Twenty-something in Halo:Reach. Back when the scorpion still spawned in Blood Gulch for objective games, I managed to nick one from the other team then keep them in their base until the timer ran out. Spectacularly cheap tactics, and I felt bad, but the numbers kept going up...
The next round I got in the tank, blew theirs up, got out, and blew up our tank too. It was too much power to entrust to anyone.

I hit 27 for nothing in a tdm on Gears yesterday and in the match straight afterwards went 16 for nothing, so I guess 43 but that's only recent. In a king of the hill game I went 60 and 0 because we were effectively farming the other team for fun. We'd make sure to break the ring but never capture it ourselves till right before the end. Fair play to the other team for not quitting out.

I think I went 47 to 1 in CoD4 once. That death was right at the beginning. To this day I have no idea how it happened.
