According to this brand new episode of Mystery Quest from the History Channel, Hitler may not have died in his bunker. Using science, animation, and much study (including Russian files!), new information has been obtained!

What do you guys think? Did Hitler escape or did he kill himself in the Fuhrerbunker?

I'm actually pretty split. It would be insane to think he may have escaped, but you just never know 0_0

well he'll be dead by now regardless
That's how I felt. I feel like you were trying to draw us in by making us think one of the biggest mass murderers of all time had escaped, hoping that we didn't realize he was dead by now, either way.

[small] I only kinda fell for it. I mean, I know he died, but... still. [/small]

I just find it intriguing he may have escaped to another region and lived life without truly paying for what he did.....

The key word in that quote is hope.

What the fuck Adolf!? It was supposed to be a surprise!

Now who's going to pop out of the cake at the next celebration of the forming of Israel?

I hope you're happy. =.#

Well,it's kinda depressing if Hitler really escaped without paying for his crimes,but... wouldn't he try to take over the world once again if he escaped?

Considering that God himself release the floods and drowned a lot of people personally, I think he and Hitler would share a lot of common ground and atually be best friends...

If bullets don't work, time usually does. And besides, we would've had some news of that crazy megalomaniac trying to do it all over again.

Chanced are he died in his bunker, the body was meant to be burnt outside the bunker with Petrol.

apparently Stalin ordered the removal of the remains in order to keep them from the allies, he predicted the cold war and needed to keep those within the Soviet Block thinking that maybe just maybe, the allies had given refuge to hitler.

The body was dug up and buried numerous times before being dropped into a nearby river.

I'd say he killed himself the man was Going onto the verge of insanity (in not already) and the depression of losing his empire would of been to much for him.

Though that submarines is a interesting concept, as well as the small plane escaping berlin, where did the sub end up? Argentina or something?

But they interviewed his secretary, and she died in 2002.

She claimed that he killed himself.

I reckon that theory's balony. Even if he had escaped, wouldn't it have been kind of difficult to escape a city full of enemy forces, and then lay low for a few years despite the fact that people could just think, Angry, German, racist with the funny hair and 'stash. I guarantee if he had escaped, he would've decided to rise to power again.

Even if we ignored the fact that we have a load of evidence that suggest that he shot himself in the bunker and was cremated, even if we ignore the fact that we have a couple of testimonies from people who were there, and if we also ignore Hitler's own personality, which suggests that he wouldn't give up his power if he had a hope of living. Ignoring all that, the man is definitely dead by now.
