I did nothing. I bought this brand new, still in its wrapper.

I play it for awhile, eventually I got to one part where it froze.

I cleaned the disc and re-did it, this time the cutscene didn't freeze. Later on, whenever I get to the cutscene on this one level, it shows the loading screen... But the loading never ends. It perpetually keeps loading. So I cleaned it as best I could, put it back in... ended up getting to the endless loading page... again.
