I got fed up when the game decided that the whole talking/exploring/stealth option was boring and forced me to fight everything. Roughly, I'd say this happens about the Giovanni estate mission. It's been a long time since I played it though, so I could be way off. And luckily I had specced out for guns a bit so was always capable in a fight.
But I had a friend who made a character entirely based around avoiding fights who was therefore completely unable to finish the game due to the final boss.

It's not a bad game when fighting becomes the only option, but compared to what the first half was - especially most of Santa Monica - it was just disappointing.

I can definitely see where you're coming from. All the squishy humans in the beginning can be easy, but your friend must have had problems with the entire game if he put zero points into fighting. If he didn't invest after Hollywood and Bach, let alone Vick, then he's crazy. You can definitely stealth the last missions as well, just not the bosses, another point I can agree with. But if you really don't like it then that's fine, I'd hate to have someone force a game on me, so no hard feelings

Also, question to the Miranda fans: do you not find something kind of wrong with her face? Weird proportions and a very off smile are what I typically notice. So okay, alot probably aren't looking at her face but I've always found it to have a (somewhat characteristically) overly-engineered look to it. Like you see on some celebrities who have had too much plastic surgery.
