While I wouldn't call myself patriotic, I do like my Nationality. At a casual glance it seperates me from a large part of the internet.

Also I've been told I have a very English accent.

Also it sounds like a lesser known Batman villain.

When I was in college my English professor used to tell me that he never knew what to expect when he was reading my writing. He told me that a paper I turned in on Blood Meridian, or the Evening Redness in the West by Cormac McCarthy was one of the most well written and articulate papers he had ever seen. He then told me that the current paper we were discussing, which was on the evolution of Poe was complete trash. So I guess with me the results may vary.

I just want to add that my professor thought Poe was a genius, I think he's a hack.

Ezzay?

I have used it as my online alias for longer than I remember, all I remember is that before I started using Ezzay, I went by the name Chrisc.

How did i get it? I don't even know anymore. Think I was trying to make a name that included some Zs.

I liked Ravage from the original transformers so I always used it for character names in games. When I graduated, so did Ravage :)

From "The Sarcasms" which got abbreviated as it was a mouthful. That name I got was when I made my BF2 account and couldn't think of anything that wasn't taken and didnt have numbers on it.

It's a shortened version of a shortened version of another name I use on the net. The full name is a bit too foreign for most net users to pronounce appropriately and the other shortened version gives away my nationality a bit too easily.

I'm another "it's my first wow characters name" and it is obviously an alternative spelling of "beelebul/beelzebub/bealzibub etc" which is one of satan's many names. I iz orginal, amirite?
Turns out though that I didn't need to add bob cause no one had took the real version...

in Oblivion I made a character, which was named aunel.
after that, I looked at the WH40K Tau Codex, and in the Tau language it means "Celestial Crusader" which is awesome.

A looonnng time ago, my neighbour/best friend introduced me to MMOs. His chac name was lokifenrir. The names are from Norse mythology/a manga based on norse mythology

I started playin too. I wanted my chac name to be chaos, but that was obviously taken, since 'fenrir' sounded cool, i added that to the back

Okay this is a little wierd but I used to go to a Group called glasgow anime.

Im quite a wierd lookin guy(there were lots of wierd looking guys there). Two in particular looked like if they had a love-child, I would be the result, there online handles from the anime forums were:

Lilrond
Jiryia

So we came up with the nickname Jirlond. it stuck. I would be offended if it wasnt so true.

SpikeyGirl comes from my personality (spiky) and a random conversation in biology about whether spongy was spelt with an 'e', it obviously isn't but the conversation stuck with me so I added an 'e' to my name.

The 'girl' part should be obvious.

I chose this name because I'm a man as well as a bro and not afraid to hide it.

Warning: the following post contains several mentions of the word nipples, if you are a big crybaby about this kind of language, get off the internet!

Tehbeard is actually my second alias.

Originally when I started proper online gaming using xboxconnect (Hooks up system link over the internet) I had the handle "nipple farmer" which has a long story behind it.

At my high school, a friend of mine comes in one day, bandages and plasters all over him. I ask him what happened.

Well, he said. He had tried to skate board down a steep road, but hit the curb and skidded across the pavement. Among the various cuts and scabs he had one over his nipple. And his other mate had said he would go back to the hill to try and find it and breed that nipple with others and grow a nipple farm.

Later when stuck for ideas as to what to put as a profile name for halo 2, I used nipple farmer. About 3 games in on xboxconnect I was playing tremors (like the film), And the host asked what a nipple farmer was. I came up with some bull about how I grow nipples for shop window dummies etc. He laughed and after we became good friends and I eventually joined the clan.

Some time later an alter ego to nipple farmer, nipple ninja appeared. Along with jokes by other clan members whenever I meleed anyone that person was now nipple-less.

Surfice to say "tehbeard" came about because of my facial hair, and that "nipple farmer" would have got me perma-banned off live. I have a pretty good likeness to Player 2 from ctrl+alt+del.

Eldritch Warlord said:
I made it up.

I wanted a gamertag that's cool as opposed to something like xXxSh4d0wNinja4201172012xXx. So I combined an archaic word for "supernatural" or "magical" and a noun that indicates combat related professions. Originally I was going to be Eldritch Warrior but that wouldn't fit, thus I am EldritchWarlord (which just barely fits).
You could have been EldritchWarrior.. Warrior and Warlord have the same number of letters.

As for my own name.. I don't know.. I've been using it for about 16 years... the origin of it is lost to me.
