We've all had that one moment in our lives. Someone throws something you've tried to keep secret in your face and for that breif moment you get that indiscribable tingling throughout your body. We all hate it, and it often that feeling takes days do completely disappear. When did you have your moment(s)?

I had to house sit for my aunt this weekend as she had to leave on some urgent business in Israel and I decided to bring my boyfriend with me. On the dining rom table she left a note with a little bit of money. The note consisted of mostly of her thanking me for doing this on such short notice and what to do in case of [insert situation here]. However she ended the note with:

p.s. Have fun ;)

It was then that feeling swept over me. Not only did she know about my secret, but she gambled I was going to bring Michel with me. Why is that woman never wrong?

Once, a long time ago, i did a dumb thing. I tucked tail and ran (metaphorically) from a girls advances. Dumb right? Well, just recently we were talking and she started laughing and told me i'd better get on with it. I asked what she meant, and she just said. Well you were going to apologize for refusing my advances all those years ago, we both know you like me. And bam, tingle-ness.

Never happened. I either tell people what I'm doing or they never find out. Stealth is something I'm good at.

Let me get this straight. You refused a girl you liked? Is that what your saying?

If so then present your logic for this descision.

No one has ever found out any secrets from me. Wouldn't be a very good MK II if they did :|
which saves me from that horrible tingly feeling :)

Either that or she just assumed you were going to use her empty house to have a wild party, but your mind saw it and read everything else into it.

I've never had a moment like that. I'm good at keeping my cards close to my chest. It also helps that I'm open about most things and the few that I do keep secret, I don't go to great lengths to keep that way. If you're hiding something, people notice and start looking, but if you drop enough hints, people will think that you're being open and won't care enough to pry.

Yeah I actually tell people a lot, nothing good just a lot of random crap. Therefore when I do things I want hidden everyone just assumes it's biz as usual.

I'd be flattered if a girl started coming on to me. I don't know why they don't. Maybe it's because I'm too weird. I mean, I'm attractive, especially since the braces are now off.

I was sitting in the band room in study hall near a group of girls, one of whom I like. One girl who's a total witch said "hey we're talking about who we like, who do YOU like?" and she made the face. The 'I-know-who-you-like-even-though-you-never-told-me' face. And apparently she had told the girl I liked. Tinglyness..

Are you kidding me? You think i have logic to explain why the fuck i did that? Hows this for an answer.

2 years after the debacle i was in a history class, and the teacher had the weirdest topic of discussion. Historical Causality, basically we were prompted with the whole 'what in history would you change' and honest to God that moment was the first thing that slammed into my face like a brick from a major league pitcher.

Fuck Hitler and his dogs, i want to go back there and hug her.

Why is that so bad? You should be grateful your friend guessed it so you didn't have to bring yourself to tell someone.
You friend can probably help you get closer to the girl you like by creating some situations where you "accidently" meet. =)

Regarding the original topic: I don't do much things in secret, so I never had that much of a tingling feeling like that. I do have some secrets of course, but I never had someone find out something critical.

Even after reading this thread, all I can think about is what would that look like?

I'm kinda in the same boat really, I keep my cards close to my chest
Except one person can read them regardless of the situation...
'Tis a good and bad thing, really...

I don't think that's ever happened to me, if someone has found out something I wanted to keep a secret I normally just get over it and carry on, it doesn't promote any particular feel, I gues I might be a bit pissed off, but other than that.

And then there's no way you can hide they guessed it, since you always act differently somehow.

That was a bad day.

This has never happened to me, and I'm too trusting, so I'm quite surprised. A lot of crap has happened to me and I've told an awful lot of people about it, oddly, nobody has thrown it back at me. Either I have great friends, or it's only a matter of time.

In fact, I think I might shut up from now on...

It's happened so often that whenever someone gives me a hint they know something I didn't want them to I just roll with it. In fact, as soon as they drop a hint I just outright ask them what they know and give them the whole story. I'd rather they know the truth than come up with their own version.

I could tell a story about a friend of mine though. She was going through her drawer and when she came upon her condom stash she saw that all the condoms had been puntured and a note was left saying "Love mum". I can imagine she was getting that tingly feeling at that moment.

Just to clarify, it's not that her mum didn't want her to not use them (puncturing them wouldn't stop most people, just increase their chance of getting pregnant) but it was meant as a joke and her mum was essentially saying "Hide your personal life better."

SNIP
Ninja stars shaped like hands collide in the shadows and poof out of existence.
yeah! =D
*gives ninja high five so stealthily nobody notices*
Never had any kind of thing like that happen to me, so now I'm curious as to what this tingliness feels like
