Breton thief/assassin with some magic mixed in. Blade, light armor, sneak, alteration, illusion, acrobatics and marksman were the major skills.

Also used a lot of alchemy but it's in my opinion a bad major skill. Favorite potion was one that paralyzes, poisons and sets the enemy on fire!

Orc-vampire spellsword (custom). chose orc because there is no making good looking characters in oblivion, so you know screw it, orc. and Some variation of spellsword is the class i always make/choose in rpgs (vangaurd in mass effect, death knight in WoW, ect.) though with skyrim's graphics I'm probably going to take a stab at a human-ish character.

which i didnt do once i found the thieves guild... then the mage guild... then i did all the shrines... then i quit cause i fucking hated those annoying repetitive cliched ugly and most importantly UNFUN oblivion gates!
How to own Oblivion gates, the painless method: cast invisibility/chameleon, run past everyone, take gem. Easy! Even easier with 100 speed, 100 athletics and 100 acrobatics!
did that... was still UNFUN, i had FUN when i did the other quests... for various reasons...

Bottom line: every gate was the same, for NO reason.

With lots and lots of mods, and even after all of them they still couldn't save the game so I just stopped playing after I realised that this so called "RPG" gave me barely any choice in how I tackled the story and world.

My first playthrough I was an Argonian with 100% charmeleon armor and cheated stats who did every side quest.

The second time I was a paladin (heavy armor, blades, block, repair, absorb health kinda thing) with the KOTN equipment. I don't remember which race I was. Some kind of human.

an imperial who's business was killing and business was good. Also, an Argonian mage who was really good at sneaking. so i played to the two opposites class wise anyways.

First I played High Elves, but after I read the books about the Dumner queen person I went that way - stealthily, with a bow and a sharp dagger. I considered myself an assassin in habit and tendency, but I did a lot of good in the world and ended up a reluctant hero (hey, when there's no one else, right?) before pursuing the Dark Brotherhood's invitation to awesome wet-work and then, later, demi-godhood of the mad.

Good times.

Orc Battlemage, and I usually specialized in conjuration and heavy armor.I turn that difficulty slider to the left, and faceroll everything and everybody for the heck of it.

Oblivion? Silly, I played Morrowind.

Anyway, I usually play as a Khajiit specialising in Destruction, Mysticism, Illusion, Medium armour and Spear.
OH WAIT

A wood elf assassin. The problem I found though is once I completed the Dark Hand quest line, all the other quests were kind of easy. By the time I decided to finish the main quest I was the arena Champion, the most deadly assassin and the most feared thief. They would have been better leaving me locked up in that cell. :p

Seriously cant wait for Skyrim. :D
