How do you deal with anger?

I play squash. Nothing quite as theraputic as hitting a ball against a wall really hard.

For the most part I just normally bottle it up, hasn't bothered me yet. I just prefer to suffer in silence as to making a scene of things.

I let it build up inside me which makes my stomach feel like you do when your nervous, then I start ranting about that said thing to myself, then hopefully I forget about the next day but if not I might feel a bit sad and listen to music.

Or if it's game related I throw something at my cupboard.

I live with this bubbling pit of contempt effervescing away in my gut all the fucking time.
I don't deal with it. There is no way to deal with it. It is just there forever, whether I bottle it up or let it flow like the boiling river of hatred it is.

I curse, play video games, listen to my ipod, or any combination of the three. My anger only lasts for fifteen minutes at the most though.

Hit inanimate stuff, break it, get more annoyed and bite my arm... and my teeth are in really good condition so it REALLY HURTS. Pain seems to drown the anger out and make me feel like a twat.

I load up a shooting game and kill virtual people. Helped me in highschool running over people in GTA3 ...I got over a million kills in that game without cheats, whoops.
