Well, since I'd die when I hit the water anyway, I would hope to jump naked, flipping off any on-lookers, and just doing as much weird-ass shit while in the air as possible. I don't care what it is, I'd just do whatever came to mind and have fun with it.

I would dive from the cliff Dante style. Close my eyes, spread my arms and legs like I can fly, and just surrender myself to the ground below me.

I have fear of heights, so I would probably cry for my mommy till my tears raise the water level to a less fatal height. I would then dive head first, do a salto, be slammed into the cliffwall due to a sudden gust of wind and belly flop onto the water causing my stomach to split open and resulting in a very painfull death after all.

This would be a good time to see if making something fall before you really breaks surface tension enough to save my life. Incidentally, the only reason ANYONE would jump that height is if they were trying to kill themselves, water feels as hard as concrete when you meet it that fast.
