Never fought in real life, but I assume it would involve lots of curse words and a sort of manic onslought of fury on my part. If it gets to the point where I'm going to come to blows, I'm going to be PISSED.
In games...
In Strategy, I try and build up my units and upgrade them, then split them into two groups. One is usually the heavy hitters, and the other is either cavalry or scouts. Then I use the soldiers to take some heat while I take down the occupied enemy combatants with my scouts or cavalry. It doesn't always work, because sometimes I end up spending too much time and money on upgrades.
With FPS's I've been playing as a stealthy rifleman. Lots of fun sneaking up to higher ground and then capping some super-mutants in the face with a hunting rifle.
In RPG's I tend to go the Tank route. Lot's of armor, and can dish out some pretty awesome damage. My favorite character in Fire Emblem was Hector, cause he can basically withstand a nuclear holocaust without so much as a scratch.
