Omelette with cheese, bacon (is a must) mushrooms and also cooked in the bacon grease. Add in some jalapeno pepps in for flavor and a touch of garlic. Good fuckin' morning.
Also some sausage gravy on the side and hashbrowns are a must as well as customary buttered biscuits. And you best not burn them biscuits.
