Mine's fairly easy, although interestingly most pople simply say 'Sir' instead of 'Kemper' when i'm playing online, it's actually rather funny.

Many people think it's pronounced with a "thigh," which makes it sound like it's a body part or something. Then we have the real idiots that decide "Thadius" is close enough. Sure, it's only one letter off, but it's a rather significant one right in the middle of all the vowels. Come on, people.

Mine is pronounced wrong by everyone who doesn´t watch BLEACH, and that is understanable. Still annoys me though. Just to clarify, it´s pronounced "Urukiora-4-sama" so i beg of people to not pronounce the U that comes after the Q
The first half of mine is often pronounced "Die-sue-key", and in fact before my grasp on the Japanese language matured, I pronounced it like that also. It is in fact "Die-skay", so all together "Die-skay Vole-gir".
