How do you think your parents would react if they went through your internet browsing history?

*snirks*

I keep no records of where I go or where I have been.
No odd reason. I just dislike people going through my stuff.
This also includes my mail, once I read it, feel free but otherwise.. no.

She would get upset, but it would be drowned out by me being even more upset for hacking into the computer of a 19 year old. not to mention I use private browsing when looking at the more "questionable" things.

so ultimately it wouldn't matter how she felt. she doesn't respect my privacy or personal belongings enough as it is. if she hacked into my computer (and I swear I am not kidding about this) I would sue her.

How strange. I'm the same.

I always do my "dirt" on Internet explorer because I fear Google Chrome is watching me.

OT: There'd be some weird looks if they managed to find out about the private windows that I use, but seeing how that is rather impossible for them, they probably would be a little surprised about just how much I do like videogames.

Probably an awkward conversation that ends badly with me finally admitting to him that I hate him.
Well that's morbid.

I've always been brutally honest and strange so I don't think my parents would be surprised or more concerned then they already are. I don't think they would have the right to ***** unless they want me to bring up there computer history. >:3

I always use private mode/delete history when I'm doing something I might be ashamed of. So they would find nothing.

Plus I password protect my profile and tell my mother to use Chrome if she ever uses my computer so even if she somehow stumbled upon the browsing history she'd be seeing everything I've done on Chrome.

Which is nothing.

The fuck is this shit?

They already know what to expect if they could 'find' my history... It's not like I hide the fact, just the History...

Here's my browser history for the month: This site, gog.com, humblebundle.com, youtube, some googled homeworks, thatguywiththeglasses.com, warcry.com (been exploring the depths of they're dead forums) and ocremix.com, so I think they're reaction would be You spend all day on THAT?! and knowing my father he would also be disappointed by the lack of porn, but it's ok I pretty much disappoint him with everything I do.

I keep seeing comics about this sort of thing on the internet. Firefox has a porn' mode you know, you can just press Ctrl+Shift+P to enabled it (or click Tools > Private Mode), or just turn off history altogether on a browser that you don't use most of the time

I left no evidence... and didn't have a computer in my room, so I was limited in my options.

I use the family computer for Internet browsing, so it'd be perfectly clean. I don't really see what the problem is. Crunchyroll, The Escapist, Youtube, Realitylapse, Cracked, Funnyjunk, etc etc.

I do all my porn surfing on another browser than my regular one, so no problem there.

And even if they found my porn history, they're well aware of the fact that having an interest in sex is completely normal, so they wouldn't react either way.

Well they wouldn't think everything because I always delete my history. But even if they did see anything they'd just do what my family does best, ignore the crap out of it.

Actually, I'd be too shocked that they actually figured out how to browse my history to really let it sink in all the sites they just discovered I visited.

But honestly, I think that would be one HELL of an awkward conversation.

Ponies, ponies, ponies, ponies, ponies, ponies, ponies, ponies, ponies...

I'd be a bit embarrassed...
