I have flat feet, so not very far at all. They just start hurting like crazy to the point that I have to stop even if I could probably keep going for twice as long. :(

I'm not sure, i don't really run a lot.

At school we had to run laps. I remember i was able to run 500m in 1:55 ( a few weeks ago). That was really tiring, at that speed i wouldn't had been able to run any longer.
And once i had to run 2km in 12 minutes. That was like 3-4 years ago. So i might run faster, might run slower, might last longer, might not.

I run faster than alot of my friends sprint, but I can't hold it up for more than maybe a mile. However, I can jog only really small distances (around 1 and two thirds of a mile).

Depends on what you mean by running. I can only sprint some hundred meters, but never measured how far exactly. The farthest I've jogged is around 10km, but I can go farther without stopping.

I can't run very far on a flat surface before I get stiches or whatever it's called in English.
But when running down from a mountain, no one can beat me, it's even harder to keep up with me when I run beside rivers and on rocks, it goes fast. Very fast.
Uhm.. Mate, you ran at a crawl last time we went running so I had to keep stopping to wait for you, and I'm not in particularly good shape. And yes, this was on a mountain, and this was true both ways, running on rocks and such. No offense, just saying. ^^

granted i meant jogging more, not full run for your life, although that incentive would probably bring us further

Running...well I don't really run that much I tend to get knee and ankle joint problems after too long but my longest run was a 12km run...which is about 7 and a half or so miles. Cycling or rowing I can go much much further. Cycling I've done 50 miles and could have gone for more, rowing...well the longest I've done is about 25km but I'm certain I could do at least 50km (the distance of the Boston marathon, one of the longest river rowing races in the world)
