I went 328 character per minute. I could have gone faster but it's kind of hard, at least for me, to type incoherent sentences fast. It just goes wrong after a while.
First time I tried that test(some time ago) it went well, everything after went downhill...

My record is 557 characters per minute, with 105 correct words and 1 wrong word (which, in this case, was not capitalising "America"). The average of a couple of tests worked out at around 100 wpm.

I feel like this site gives a more accurate depiction. The words on your test are too easy to type. It's different when you have to type actual sentences.

304 with the Swedish one.

So, apart from just woking up and being slower than ususal I thought it went pretty good.
They should make us write our words ourselves though. A lot of reaction time going into staring at the next word all the time.

I can type approximately 110 WPM. I notice a lot of people reporting it as characters per minute but I thought words per minute was the standard. I am so out of touch.

After using this, it appears that I'm around 61 words a minute. I suppose that isn't terrible.

132 WORDS per minute if I'm typing in my own mind. (writing stories, essay, forums, etc.)

I got 74 WORDS per minute on the astronaut test, 371 CHARACTERS, with an accuracy of 97%.

I spent many hours typing in game with no lighting except for the basking glow of my computer monitors. So after 10 years of that, I've gotten pretty good.
