Blaque_Vengence (the underscore is the key and it's kinda funny when I give that name to white characters)
The Del Negro Family consisting of Vince, Zyrus, Ringo(?), Zebastian, and Big Dick
Hooters McGrabass
Just came up with that one

Other than naming characters after friends or giving them nicknames based on their names (like Barry for Barrett), I don't do it often. The worst thing I've done was name Pikachu "Pigf-ck" in a Pokemon Yellow game.

In Mass Effect I named my character Jack. Cookies for whoever gets the reference.
That sounds like a "LOST" reference.

I seem to recall someone somewhere saying they named their character "I say" to make everyone talk like Foghorn Leghorn. I thought that was funny.

My WoW character was named 'Gobulcoque' for a few months before somebody caught it out.

The only time I've ever had a non-serious character name was the original Fallout, when I mistakenly didn't enter a name and thus went around being referred to as "None" (at least the Brotherhood called me "Brother None"). By the time I noticed I'd gotten far enough in that I didn't want to delete and recreate my character, heh.

Nah, it's a Stargate reference. Jack is a nickname for people named John.

The name for my old Shaman and my more recent Shaman amidst a plethora of classic RPG heroes: Pisshands.

I tend to name myself "El Guapo" it means "the handsome" but also it is the villian from "Three Amigos" but I also have used "Flex Buffchest" (a wink to Homer Simpson) and "Major Kokthrust" (world war for ipod). to be honest I've never given myself a serious name, maybe I should try. Nah.

I usually use a normal rp name, but occasionally I'll name my character "Dr.Macknipples".

Also in Halo "some bastard", "a pregnatteen" or "some niggers/mexicans/injuns/chinks/crackers" always add tons of fun. ( "Some Bastard killed A Pregnatteen" )

I was playing Zelda: Phantom Hourglass and I decided to name the guy "blow job", like how Yatzee gave Commander Shepard the first name "Titti". that kinda thing, so lets hear it
Actually if you watch his Phantom Hour Glass review you will see he also names Link "Fag Balls".

Well lets see. In halo 2 I used to name my multiplayer characters names such as:
A Flying Toilet - You were killed by a Flying Toilet.
A One Armed Jew
A Noob you Fail

I also called my Kahjit in Oblivion Butt Licker and I've named elder male sims after known pedophiles.

Imagine a gamer having a child. Lol, that kid would get teased so much for his name, we can safely leave it at that.

I really only made outrageous names for Garet in Golden Sun. I hated that character

I named one of my characters "I Say" in Pokemon so everytime someone spoke it sounded like Foghorn Leghorn
Wasn't that mentioned in a Zero Punctuation review?
It was but I did this when I played pokemon, in about 5th grade. As much as a faux pas as that would be, I really did it well before I saw the review

To be honest, I just named the character I Say because I'm weird, and realized a bit later that it was like Foghorn Leghorn after going through my old save files a few years later

I never mess with names: it messes with the integrity of the story and the identity of the characters. Ruins the whole thing.

Well, I did change Aeris' name in Final Fantasy VII to Aerith, but that's because Aerith is actually correct. I fixed it, really...

I'm still looking for a game that allows me enough letters to name my virtual avatar "The Reverend Doctor Sir Quiggles McDoogles Worthington the Third, Esquire."

Or Superdestroyerfuckmachine.
