How have you abused the ability to name your main character in a game before

I guess I might have abused it a little when I played Pokemon when I was younger, but I can't remember any of the possible names I may have given my characters. Nowadays I simply reference things that I like and my favourite characters in games. For example, I named the airship in FF XII: Revenant Wings the 'Namine', and I called the airship in KH1 the 'Balthier', I believe. I also named my character in Oblivion 'Megara' after the character in the Disney version of Hercules.

Yes, I played a girl character. Yes, I'm a guy. First time I played it I was a guy. Just so we clear that up.

i abuse pokemon names with stuff like asshole and wiener and then i trade them in that Wifi place and people can't change the names at all when they get them.

In WoW I named my character "Your". Then I sat in the middle of Ironforge and did an emote that said "account is being banned in 30 seconds". Scared the hell out of everyone.

Eventually some humorless dick reported me for it. But it was totally worth it.

I played Final Fantasy V, but the main character's default name was Butz, so I felt like the game was practically giving it to me. But instead I changed it to Tittiez, just to pull the irony on it.

Depends on what mood I am in, usually on the first play through I will stick to regular names. Multiple play throughs depending on the intention silly names will sometimes pop up. Last week a buddy and I sat down to play Fallout3, we tried to name the character Chocolate Bunny but it was too long, so the character just ended up being named Bunny. And at level 2 we tried to slaughter Megaton. Had to wait to level 3 to take them all. Haha.

Dunno, I have the habbit to name my characters 'John' except Zelda games ('Link')... I guess it was when I named a female character 'John', I don't remember which game it was though.

I've used the name "Additional Pylons" in TF2 for awhile now. So it presents you with "You were killed by Additional Pylons!" whenever I shoot someone in the head. I actually had a medic once follow me around healing (me being a sniper at the time). His justification was "Guys, I have to heal him, we require additional pylons!"

My Fallout 3 character is a jive-talkin' wasteland cowboy known simply as Mombassa. If any game is started when playing with mates, usually we'll role-play from the perspective of some hilarious character.

My first dabble in the arts of character name abusal was zelda, when i called myself "err... you" so i could hear people say "Hi err... you!". Another time i decided to play on my sister's My Sims after a massive drought of DS games while on holiday. I called the town National Sewage Faciliy Level 4 or something like that and called myself Sewage Worker 034.

My Bad Karma character is "The Super good and rightoues Messiah Man"

And I can't remember the sixth party member, but ahh well, probably something equally as ridiculous and immature xD
