I believe it is one of those words where the plural of itself is... itself.

So one yeti
Many yeti.

English is just broken in soooo many ways. Hell we even write our sentences backwards, and don't even realise it.

Well we'd have to find someone who spoke Tibetan to educate us as to the proper plural, but in English I would have to say "Yeti" sounds best to me as a plural. No difference in pronunciation because it doesn't have a Latin etymology.
