erh... I do about 15/20 pushups (straight back pushing my full 85kg/170lbs? upward)
but I don't like sports or working out
it just bores me to easily.

Hmmm, probably 30 or so, doing pushups nightly so that helps. I can run pretty much as long as I want. Not just because I'm sort of in-shape but because I am very very stubborn and if given a challenge, well there's no way I'm backing down. And my fastest 40-yard dash was a 4.86

I can do about 30, but I'm left very tired afterwards. I'm not that strong.

I can walk a fair bit though.

I can do half a push up, down. I used to run 2 miles a day till my knee decided i'd had enough. I do pride myself on my 1k lb leg press. It's a rush knowing that while not being in great shape, I can out press most of the strongest guys at the gym. BTW, im 6'2", 295lbs. I do have to admit though, my upper body strenght is butt.

I can do about 80 pushups in 2 minutes, no resting. Never done until muscle failure. I can run two miles in under 6 minutes. I can run 5 miles plus as long as I am within a 8-9 minute mile pace.

The last time I leg pressed I did around 820.

Push-ups? 4
Miles? 0
Leg-press? Never tried. I'd be disappointed if I couldn't do 600 lbs. I have very strong legs.
Squats? No clue.
40-yard? No clue. I was the second slowest in my class back in highschool and slowest on my little-league baseball team though.

I've no arm strength at all, so only about 15-20. But I can run a mile in less then 5 minutes.

I once did 100 in one sitting, but that left me very exhausted. I do 40-50 or so each morning and night. I should probably be doing more.
oh yes the Fabian diet:
weed, push ups and posting.

OT: I have no idea, I get bored before becoming exhausted, I once did 200 sit ups though when watching a movie, dunno if that counts.
the problem is, I can't play bass while doing pushups, I need to grow more limbs damnit!

Push ups are for only good for basic upper body

Burpees anyone? better to combine a mix of anaerobic/aerobic. Theres the 1 minute burpess challenge.

I could do about 32

I was in Dublin on Saturday, and this drunk American started pushing me and calling me a peasant. I told him to go fuck himself and he punched me in the stomach. So I punched him back. He beat me up pretty bad, but I won by hitting him in the face and then while he was woozy, holding his hand over a wall and hitting it, thus spraining his wrist.

I get angry quick.
anger management comes to mind...

although an american calling you a peasant?
we have to remember where they come from...

Used to be able to manage over 100.
Not to say I'm terribly muscular; I just have a lithe frame.
I'm kind of out of shape now, so not sure how many I could do.

Used to be able to do about 60-70 but now I can barely do 30 good ones without stopping. Great at small distance running but can't even run a mile without grasping for air. Pull-ups: about seventeen on good days and ten on bad ones. Squat: sbout 100 kg.
