I just take 40-50min walks. I try to walk this everyday.
Don't starve yourself!

OT: If you just want to drop weight, just eat better, cut back on snacking, drink water.

If you're skinny/slim/whatever, and want to build muscle, then just try doing something simple, and reminding yourself that the feeling you get right after is how you want to always feel.

I do a few crunches, push-ups and dips a day, only for 5-15 minutes, but if you eat properly too you'll see a difference. Gonna start swimming soon too.

ALready worked quite nicely for me in dropping 14 kg.
These days I eat below 1000 kcal though and I try to walk everyday as I said.
This guarantees that I lose weight.
*raves on about how it's worse for you in the long run*

And I've been punished for it by being 5'8"; 125lbs.

Every day except Sunday. Gotta be fit. Usually takes form of hitting up the campus gym and running, but I'm trying to get into a yoga class since I here that kicks you ass.

I have rugby training twice a week, generally one rugby match a week, and play about 4 hours of basketball in school a week. And generally I have a kick about with some mates at the weekend as well.

Every other day so far this year. I'm actually sticking to a New Year's Resolution (to the amazement of just about everyone), and I think the results have been pretty good so far.

I work out 4 times a week. At first it was really hard and boring, but it became routine now.

EDIT: Also, I do cardio every day

Daily. Usually 200-300 reps of 3 kilo weights.

Not too little, but not so heavy that i can't do somehting else whilst I'm doing that.
