Serriously, How old is captain price from the Call of duty series.

First call of duty - good on you dude, you're a hard ass
Call of Duty 2 - Way to go, still kicking Nazi ass
(Haven't played three but assume he's in their)
Call of Duty 4 - Ok, what the hell, you old basterd. Serriously, How old are you and how the hell can you still keep fighting?

Anyone else wonder about this?

His sideburns-mustache makes him immortal

But seriously he would be at least 90 at this point

That's not the worst of it: in CoD 4 you play as Lt. Price. My friends and I have two competing Price theories.
1)Captain Price is immortal and so hardcore that between CoD 2 and CoD 4 he reached the highest army rank and then started all over again just for a challenge.
2)Captain Price of CoD 4 is merely the lookalike son of CoD1/2 Captain Price.

There's also the most reasonable explanation: IW thought it would be fun to have a recurring character who was immortal within the meta-setting that is CoD.

I think I remember Price from CoD 3, part of the British as per usual, but I may be wrong, is anyone certain that he's there?

Lol, first theory is the best.
You have just begun Captain Price Facts...
1) Captain Price once played Russian rulelet with a loaded gun and won.
2) Captain Price once ran out of ammo in a fight, he stood up, got shot 3 times and used the bullets to reload his gun
3) Captain Price once wrestled superman, the stipulation was the loser had to wear their underwear outside their pants.

Maybe Mr. and Mrs. Price just don't know what "birth control" is and they're a very patriotic family so they have hundreds of little Prices running around...

Major Ingram is in CoD3, but not Captain Price. I think IW uses Price to orient the player, let them know a familiar face (because you can't mistake those Ambrose E. Burnside sideburns). Either that, or someone at Infinity Ward loves Capt. Price.

I want to know what happened to the American guys, Foley, Moody and Elder. They were like the three stooges of CoD.

Captain Price is a super soldier created by the government, (spoiler) hence why he gets carried away so hastily when he gets taken down in cod4 (end of spoiler).
Those russians couldn't wait to get their hands on a multi million dollar weapon... don't spose his first name's jason is it?

Well... the first one had children?
It's not uncommon for the sons of great soldiers to follow in their father's footsteps.

I'm also pretty sure that the first Captain Price died in the ship level in the first game. He sends you off to do something while he holds off the enemies when you're spotted, and when you come back he's dead.

So it is like Mr. Smith and his invasion of The Matrix? I'm pretty sure in about CoD 10 we'll have Captain Price as the protagonist, aided by Captain Price and his wingmen, Captain Price. They'll be fending against the Hispanic terrorist groups under the leadership of Il Capitano Price but secretly financed by the russian Captain Priceovish.

In the average room there are 4762 things Captain Price could kill you with, including the room itself.

Probably put there by IW to make the player get familiar with the game. Also I found this on wikipedia about him:In China, players of COD usually call him "Uncle Pringles"

Also COD 1 Price: killed onboard the Battleship Tirpitz while infiltrating it disguised as a Kriegsmarine officer.

And Price was not in COD 3

i found this on a website :)

Captain Price first appeared in the original Call of Duty. In Call of Duty, Price became a SAS operator and he served at Pegasus Bridge, but soon after his plane was shot down behind Nazi lines in Austria. He was rescued by Pvt. Martin, Cpt. Foley, and Sgt. Moody and a few other Americans.

He returned in Call of Duty 2 to lead the 7th Armoured Division through the North Africa and Normandy campaigns with Pvt. MacGregor and Sgt. Davis. He also appears to be captured and tortured by Nazis in the credit movie of the game. Six unknown American Rangers save him, 5 of the 6 die and while escaping in an armored car, the leader gets knocked out but Price saves him and drags him back to the base. Oddly enough, there were dozens of Rangers, Tanks , Trucks, and Planes there and they still only send 6 rangers.

Later, Price was sent to Eder Dam and the Tirpitz, a Nazi battleship, where he was killed in action.

Both were voiced by Michael Gough, who also voiced both Anthony and Benjamin Carmine in The Gears of War series.

A supposed descendant of Captain Price (who coincidentally is also a Captain at the time the game is set) appears in COD4 voiced by Billy Murray. At the end of "Game Over" it is noted he may have been killed after a Russian soldier fails when trying to revive Captain Price.

hope it helps

EDIT: Captain Foley owns all :)

That was somone else (the guy guarding the escape boat), You and captain price escape.
I'm pretty sure Price was the guy that dies on the ship. At the end of the level, the other guy says something along the lines of, "We lost the Captain? He was a good man." or something like that.
