Fallout 3.

The Raiders alone have made me laugh more than almost any other game. Those lunatics are just funny to me for some odd reason I can't really explain. I think its some childish part of me that gets amused by their immaturity. XD

I love the humour in the Fable games.

It has a unique British charm that I think I enjoy more because I am British and can identify the real life people and communities those games are lampooning.

I have family in the West Country and it always makes me smile when I hear a local who talks like they're straight out of Albion.

Well the classics are Monkey Island and Portal. Of course Psychonauts as well.
More recently, Deathspank is super funny, and Castle Crashers is funny also.
Mostly games I play with others these days :D

I can't wait for Costume Quest! Wren is going to such a robotic bamf.

Oh! And the Fable series. I grew up on Monty Python. British humor is tops. The high brow. Low brow British humor is a series of fart noises. Truth.

I often find myself laughing at things that are said in Borderlands.
I also really enjoy Valve's sense of humor with Team Fortress 2 and Portal.

So, I was curious what games make you laugh out loud?
"This is where cars live. Get you one!" Does often give me a chuckle.

Any of the Disgaea series probably will have me laughing out loud the simplistic cartoonish characters and fourth wall breaking is too much for me to handle.
Omg, I totally forgot the Disgaea series, they're hilarious.
Personally, I love everything the Atlas company says to you, especially General Knoxx.
I really like the Claptrap's speech based off Andrew Ryan's too.
"Warning: The contents of this drone can poison small pets, livestock, and people named Jason."

"At Atlas, safety is our primary concern. When near drone, please avoid shooting, cursing, skipping, and/or jump-roping."

"Warning: Improper drone usage may result in accidental continuation of life."

"Atlas regrets that you are on its 'must die' list and hopes that you will continue to use our products should you survive this encounter."

"The Atlas Corporation would like to take this moment to remind you of its fine line of insurance policies. Please think of your family during this time of physical crisis."

"Remember, citizens, bullets cost money and resources. Do your part by dying quickly."

"Warning: Removal of the attached label is punishable by instant death."

"Only you can prevent drone fires. Please be sure to only charge drones in approved wall sockets."

"Atlas thanks you for your sacrifice, and would like to assure you that your body meat will be promptly recycled. Atlas, preserving Pandora for the future!"

"If you would like to purchase a drone of this kind, please contact Sheila in the wholesale department. Atlas, the power of the Gods in your hands."

"Atlas strives to provide the best in automated killing. Please report any unauthorized robotic homicides to your nearest Atlas representative."

"In case of flooding, this drone is not to be used as a personal floatation device. Doing so may result in electrocution or loss of eyeballs."

"Attention hostile: if you would allow us to murder you peacefully, it would be appreciated, and make your clean-up easier. Thank you."

"Atlas guarantees you will be satisfied with your cause of death. Not a guarantee."

"Be sure to tell your family to buy an Atlas-brand casket to ensure your mangled corpse will be preserved for another lifetime."

Those lance probes have the funniest lines. And don't forget the lines from the robolutions ressurected bosses, especially Steele. "Where did this hole come from!?" Or doctor Ned, "Alright, what's Jacobs paying ya? I'd offer to double it, but I'm poor as dirt from spending every cent I had on the recreational use of the undead as money makers. So far not diggin my evil plan in hind sight."

Resonance of Fate. :)
You can't beat this scene. Seriously. xD

The entire game is just filled with silly scenes and dialogue; it's great.

Anything by Planet Moon Studios will make you laugh.

Ask anyone who has played Giants: Citizen Kabuto or Armed and Dangerous.

The humor is pretty off the wall with a bit of randomness but I laughed my way through most of the games.

Well the first time I took Chuck Greene into a fettish store, dressed him in GIMP gear, then grabbed a big platic dong off the counter and beat up a zombie with it, I knew Dead Rising 2 had a good sense of humor. ;)

Huh. I just laughed a lot at all the violent dismemberment. Does that make me a bad person?

FYI, my chuck is wearing skate shorts, combat boots, a hawaiin shirt and a domino mask, with a shaved head. He looks like a paedophilic supervillain on holiday....

Also, Armed and Dangerous for the original Xbox was very funny. It had the world's first Land Shark Gun! What else do you need?

Seriously ugly game though. But nonetheless funny.

Haha. Oh man, so this.

500 Miles Later...
"According to my calculations, we've travelled 1200 miles!"

"Monkey? ...Would you mind shifting your left arm slightly?"
"I don't really see how I can."
"Well, it's just that... your hand, it's right on my... penis."
*Violent shaking*

Joker in Mass Effect 1/2 makes me crack up with almost every word he says.

But when Commander Shepard headbuts the Krogan makes me laugh by just thinking about it.
