AK74 because thats just how I roll.
I actually walked away from this thread the first time I opened it, but a nagging thought kept eating away at me.

"Mrsnugglesworth rolls with an AK."

It just doesn't sound right.

On topic, yeah, the AK74 is probably one of the most reliable weapons available, as stated earlier. I would still feel pretty ghetto with my troops using it.

Steyr AUG (5.56x45mm)

im in Australia, and this thing is pretty much the best. its more accurate than the m16, it is more powerful, and it has a low weapon jamming rate. its either that or the ak-47.
What weed are you smoking.

M16s jam a lot. The insides of my AR-15 exploded out of the ejection port two weeks ago.
i never said the m16 doesn't jam, i said the Steyr has a low jaming rate. every one knows that the m16 is like the wost weapon ever because of the jamming. the steyr and AK-47 are great. the ak can be submerged in all kinds of mud and water and sand and filth and it will still work fine.[/quote]

again I'm sorry. Making coffe and shotgunning monster, I promise to be more observent then.[

MY weapon would be Jason Stathom. But it would be a gun that fired him. And it will be awesome.

If I had to pick a rifle, the "M16A4 (5.56x45mm)" is the closest on your list to the M4A1, which is what I'd pick.

I have no idea about weapons at all, but I seem to remember liking the Stuyer Aug from CS so I'll pick that, for no other reason than it seemed like an alright rifle.

We forgot not to produce plastic models, remember? Just don't screw that up, man.

In my own nation? Fabrique Nationale De Herstal (FN) is becoming the official manufacturer of firearms. To the extent where commandos are going to kidnap their entire manufacturing facility and fly it back to my nation.
Official Rifle - FN FAL
Official PDW - FN P90
Official Pistol - FN FiveseveN

Definitely the Tavor TAR-21. The bullpup design is awesome.

I know it isn't the pre-eminent military information show, but Future Weapons did a segment on the development of the rifle.

It was dead on accurate, had low recoil due to the design, fantastic reliability, and perfect for use in urban combat situations.

I have no idea what those guns are, but I'll go with Spartan laser.
It's called wikipedia. Use it sometime.
dude I'm not going to research every one of those guns, plus if I managed to get my own country I think I could manage to get some Spartan lasers.

Well, as I recall (don't blast me if I'm wrong, I don't pay much attention to the news) there was a pretty big uproar about the -quality- of our plastics. At least in desert combat.

Also, what's the melting point of various plastics? Keep that in mind in your manufacturing. You don't want it to start oozing. Oozing guns aren't a good sign.
