On topic, yeah, the AK74 is probably one of the most reliable weapons available, as stated earlier. I would still feel pretty ghetto with my troops using it.

I have no idea about weapons at all, but I seem to remember liking the Stuyer Aug from CS so I'll pick that, for no other reason than it seemed like an alright rifle.

I know it isn't the pre-eminent military information show, but Future Weapons did a segment on the development of the rifle.
It was dead on accurate, had low recoil due to the design, fantastic reliability, and perfect for use in urban combat situations.

Well, as I recall (don't blast me if I'm wrong, I don't pay much attention to the news) there was a pretty big uproar about the -quality- of our plastics. At least in desert combat.Zeeky_Santos said:
