Lego is the master of all, is there anything you can't make with it?

Anyway, you might want to add some more colour to your Dreadnaught.

Unfortunately the color is more by neccessity than choice. Red is the only color I have certain bricks in, and I've yet to get up the courage to paint it. I might be able to add a bit more grey in certain areas though. Also, the pictures didn't really come out too well, the coloration looks much better in person.

One thing I didn't mention is that I made the arms very modular. Although the arm pieces are flush with the "shoulders", thanks to smooth plates, they are reall only attached in a few strategic places, allowing them to be taken off easily and replaced with weapon arms with the same shape baseplate. I've made a few other arms for it, but I like the assault cannon + power claw config best. (If only I had the requisite pieces to make a power claw / flamethrower arm for the right arm.

Make it a life sized fully functioning Dreadnaught and then I know some freinds in the middle east and Africa that might want to talk to you.

why not buy a dreadnaught from games workshop?
Because this doesn't cost 40 dollars and is significantly more awesome due to it's lego construction.
