I don't use any slang, I dress old, and I act old. I'm always complaining about young people today and a lack of respect, when I might be younger than these young'uns themselves (I'm 17).
I met some kids who had no idea what Pokemon was.
I feel like I don't need a telephone.
I still use a CD Player. Better than all your fancy iPods or whatnot.
The way children act ticks me off. I didn't act like that at their age.
Since when do elementary classrooms all have computers? In my day, the whole school had maybe ten computers.
I hope your joking about the CD player.

Although I dont feel old atm, I almost certainly will in september when i'm going back into full time education to do a music diploma.

Majority of the other people there will have just left school! (I'm 21, and they'll be 16-18)

Young whippersnappers!
Mind you, i'll just laugh it up as they have to go to KFC or some shit hole at lunchtimes while I can go to the pub for a pint!

Thankfully I've got a fantastic case of Peter Pan syndrome, meaning that despite the fact I'm older than the majority of people in this topic, I don't feel old at all. Infact life's never been better so stop trying to bring me down!

Damned kids!

Also, when I remember playing frogger on my old Commodore 64.
EDIT: BTW, I'm 19, I feel around 40. XD
Why is it that kids name drop old shit that they got second hand, 15-20 years after it's time, and then "feel old." ?

You know what also irks me, kids who say they've been gaming since they were practically inside the womb.

I didn't start gaming until I was 10, because only "rich" kids had nintendo and computers and crap. So you might say I've only been gaming 18 years, while someone who is 20 might say the same damn thing.

You know what makes me feel old? When 19 year olds say they feel old... that and being grouchy and easily irritated.
HEY! I'm 19 and I'm fucking BALDING! And sadly, I've always seen that as the prime example of growing old, so yeah, I feel old :p

Using DOS and Windows 3.1. I also remember playing Chips Challenge, that was an awesome game. I guess those kinda make me feel old.

When I remember watching Rocko's Modern Life and playing Pokemon Blue on my gameboy. And I realize that most of the younger generation have no idea what either of those two things are.

when people hear older music(like 50s - 80s) that has been re-made and don't realize it then hear the original and say oh that's a remake of so and so.....

Almost everyone I know listens to all this new shitty rave/dance/take-ecstasy-and-jump-around-until-you-throw-up-and-pass-out music. I'd list a few "artists" (and i use that word VERY generously) but they're all DJ's with weird names I've never been inspired to look up. Anyway, it is easily the most popular music of my demographic (sydney-dwelling teenager-early 20's), but it personally makes me want to stick a really big gun in my mouth and decorate the wall with my brains.

I don't tend to go to clubs, I never hit the dance floor at parties, because they always play this shit. I'm mostly a metalhead, but I also love some of that older party/dancy stuff like Michael Jackson and stuff. But apparently this is no longer considered good music among the youth..

it makes me feel like I should have been born 20 years ago

Let us begin on the list of infamy shall we?

7) Hell, I can even remember when the USA really like Iran and Iraq. This was of course before Ayatollah Khomeini. Sometimes I wonder if Ayatollah Makhbudan and his gang of fanatics will ever manage to seize power...

8) WRT to last sentence, it was from when the Simpsons was funny.
This makes me fell really old, I remember watching the simpsons a ridiculous number of times per day when I was a child.

When I play games from 2000+ and realize there <=10 years old and then compare the graphics to now (or even the last 2 years). That make me wonder where the time has gone.

OH and watching kids shows now...

Compared to

I forgot one last thing.... Toonami(BAM!)
