Several actually. A few on my neck and last night I found one on one of my testicles. They are all fairly hard and round and maybe half the size of a grape. When I approach my father with this he either tells me that I don't have cancer or that if it is cancer we can't afford to have work done. We have no medical insurrance and no real money, because he went and lost his job the useless fuck.
I need help guys (and ladies) , does this sound like cancer, and if it is what should/can I do?
[sorry for the typos, I'm a bit irrational at the moment.]
Sounds like lymph nodes to me.

That's what worries me though. I found an article on testicular cancer and it said this:

"The cells can also spread to the lymph nodes in the centre of your chest, between the lungs. This could cause a cough, difficulty in breathing or swallowing, and a swelling in your chest. If testicular cancer has spread, there may be lumps in other parts of the body. Around the collarbone, or in the neck for example. These lumps are affected lymph glands."

While there is any number of causes for swollen lymph nodes I can definitely see why you're worried. I think you should definitely get a check-up, I don't know how much that costs since I live in Canada but I can't imagine it costing too much. If it does turn out that you have cancer, and your family can't pay for it, you should seriously consider getting treated in Canada. I'm not even kidding about that, Canada's your best bet if you can't afford treatment.

That's something I'm seriously considering. Just to give you an idea, my father was making $2,000-$3,000 a week and he couldn't afford to help my mother when she had cancer, even with his outstanding medical insurance. America seems keen to let it's people die. *shrug*
But would I have to be a Canadian resident to get help there? I don't want to move away from all that I know, my family and friends etc.

I'm actually not incredibly sure, I know that in Ontario (the province in which I live) if you're applying for a permanent citizenship then you have to wait 3 months to be covered. I'm not sure what the laws are in other provinces and what the laws are for visitors and whatnot :/
