If you wanna roleplay and have a load of 40k playing mates, have you tried Inquisitor? The rules are free from the Games Workshop website, and make for brilliantly cinematic games.Mr Smith said:This show is starting to make me wish I was part of a similarly awesome roleplaying group.

...Dammit! I have work to do and now I'm gonna read that entire damn blog, I just know it... On the current entry (how I play 40k with my girlfriend), have you tried the Vor : The Maelstrom rules for quick stat generation? I know it might be a bit more 'formalised' than the "the T-Rex needs a three or more to kill the Wood Elf riding a giant cyberwolf" vibe I'm getting from your current rules, it's still pretty simple and can do pretty much anything. Plus, while it's out of print, the whole rulebook contains a glorious mecca for wargamer/RPer nerds if you can get a copy...Zak Sabbath said:We play 40k, too--Mr Smith said:This show is starting to make me wish I was part of a similarly awesome roleplaying group.
