-Monopoly NES game: Yanked it out of the cartridge and threw it across the room. It shattered into pieces, but the chip/board that was inside is still intact, and I mounted it on this little thing and I can still play it, oddly enough. Not that I'd want to.
-Telephone (yes, game related.): Playing [online game] with girlfriend, girlfriend does [action] which was very [anti-me,] and [ignores] me and hangs up on me.
-Headset: Warstomp should not be usable in arena.
-Keyboard: Free-For-All games can be pretty bullshit sometimes.
Never threw a controller though, though I've been blamed for it twice because people like to smash them and then when their parents come in say "HE DID IT" and then their parents ***** at me.
Rage.
Note: Everything I broke still works fine except the telephone.
Oh and I broke an MP3 player too but that wasn't really game related, more like my parents turned off the power to this room because I didn't go to bed when they wanted me to. Wasn't playing a game at the time, involved another effing girl I stupidly cared about.
