MGS4 is dated for June 17, '08 (correct me if it's been delayed again). Killzone I had excellent multiplayer, and Killzone 2 isn't really going to take away from that genre. COD4 has decent multiplayer, but frankly I've gotten bored of it and the constant "HAY SAPIENT, GOT MOAR LOOTZ? OR IS IT JUST ELE SHAMMY GEAR" kinda attitude the game throws at you makes it feel a lot like an MMORP-FPS.

Resistance - it's Ok but it really does not compare to CoD4, playing the co-op in resistance we got a little bored towards the end and had more fun locking each other in elevators and giggling like schoolgirls (we had been drinking rather a lot while playing)

CoD4 - is just great the whole way through, I?d say especially multiplayer but that sells the single player campaign short and it was in fact incredible with every mission feeling unique and interesting (ok I really liked that game :)

Burnout Paradise - I'm a huge fan of the series and this game doesn't disappoint, I only got it a couple of days back and haven't had time to finish it yet but so far it's been top notch, the online stuff looks interesting too but i haven't had time to try it yet so can't really comment.

Uncharted - i thought this was great, really enjoyed it and its very pretty, again it's not the longest of games and has limited replay ability but I?d still recommend it.

Heavenly sword - I enjoyed playing it but it's not that long and does not have a lot of replay-ability, if you can pick it up cheap second hand or something then go for it as it's good entertainment for a few hours but I wouldn't pay full whack for it (well ok i did pay full whack for it but kinda wish I hadn't)

Stranglehold - It was good, serious guns and glory fun that rewards you for being as stylish as possible, but I am a huge john woo fan so I'm going to have a rose tinted view of it. It' nice in the way you can destroy pretty much everything...at least on some of the levels, but I felt it was somewhat rushed towards the end, also bit short and again lacks replay-ability.

Hope that helps :D

Man, if you got a PS3 to play a bunch of mindless online shooters with microphone, you got the wrong console mein freund, you wanted a 360.
That aside...

Uncharted's fun, and technically very impressive (shiny water!). The demo is on the PSN.
MGS4 is gonna rock. Hard. But that's gonna take a while.
DMC4 is coming out any time now, the demo is on the PSN for your consideration.
Resistance: FoM I found to be very fun, with fast and EXTREMELY lethal multiplayer matches (get the drop on someone, and you'll win 90% of the time without them ever knowing what hit them) and an interesting "WW2 with aliens" feel to it that, frankly, made the single player campaign very fun to go through.

And of course, if you didn't have a PS2 and you got one of the good ones (IE: backwards-compatible), then all the great, wonderful PS2 titles are avaliable to you as well.

While we're on the topic of online games, what a good mic for them? I was thinking of getting Warhawk with the mic to save hassle of finding one. Is it any good? And what are some good ones?

While im at it. My PSN name is ToasterCrazy
Seems all the good names are being used.

Also im downloading the DMC4 Demo off PSN. My downloads a bit slow but its done 22% in an hour which is better then what it was doing for Ratchet and Clank
