Honestly, it's gonna be a bit hard for me to recommend some fics, what with your first rule. I mentioned before I read Naruto fics, and the ones I read are ones that do have non-canon pairings. Anyway, I'll start you off with these three

That's a Naruto fanfic, Naruto/Hinata shipping. Extremely well written, there are lemons, but are few and far between and definitely not the focus of the story. If you check the author's page, there are two sequels to the story (Bloodline, which is completed and Prophecy's Child, which isn't). I'll count all three of them as my first recommendation.

Chuunin Exam Day (I know this URL doesn't have the name of the fic for some reason, so don't put the name in your address bar)
It's incomplete, and looks to be abandoned (shame). Basic premise is, Naruto, at his Chuunin exams, smashes into the purple barrier isolating Orochimaru and the Third Hokage. He wakes up, and after some idiocy on his part, slowly learns that time is repeating itself. He has to somehow finish the exams. It's hilarious and in my opinion, perhaps the funniest Naruto fic I've ever read. It includes such things as him deliberately causing resets so he can learn everything he needs such as medical jutsu...by dissecting Sasuke over and over again. There is a companion fic that is completed

which is where it's Sakura who's repeating. I haven't read that one (if I have, I can't remember it), but I thought I'd throw those two out at ya.
My third recommendation will be a non Naruto fic, but an Evangelion one. Two of them actually, since there's a sequel. Both are completed.

Takes place on the beach at the End of Evangelion, with Shinji and Asuka. I know you can tell that's the pairing, but thing is, in this story, the pairing takes years. The two wander for a few years, have fights, eventually fall in love, and after a certain event, the rest of humanity comes back. The sequel deals with them living in a reborn human civilization, having to deal with a threat. The ending was so pitch perfect, it brought many a manly tear to this jaded soul.
