You know, I was just about to post that.Beltom said:Have you heard this song by any chance?
I don't know what it is about them. I'm actually going to go watch a few Black/White videos to see what it is exactly.Doctor Glocktor said:Voltorb, Diglett, Ledyba, Chikorita. Those are just a few that the devs spent 5 minutes on and gave up. And yet people like you still think they're better than the new Pokemon, who actually had effort put into them.EcHoFiiVe said:Well I'm not saying that. I'm just basing this opinion on videos I've seen. Just something about the new ones looks awkward to me for some reason. The new mechanics as far as battling goes actually look quite cool though. The facelift for the in battle animation system was much needed. But just to me the new pokemon I've seen look kind of rushed.emeraldrafael said:*claps* congrats, you've turned into those people who say "there's only a 151 pokemon" or "there arent any pokemon after gold."EcHoFiiVe said:...and I'm proud of it. Just made this thread for anyone else who still plays Pokemon and wants to nerdgasm about anything related to it. I'll kick this thread off by saying my favorite pokemon ever is Gallade from the 4th generation. Great for competitive play. Also, does anyone have any opinions on the new Black and White games coming out next year? I think that they look really stupid to be honest. The new pokemon look like they were all made in a single day by a class of kindergardeners. This might just be early speculation based on videos I've seen, but this is my opinion. Anyone disagree? Agree?
Personally, I enjoy every new pokemon design, cause each looks interest at least. Though I just dont like there wasnt an evil evolution. You could have made a dragon type with dragon fang/scale. Or added another stationary rock for... I dont know... a fighting type maybe. in the middle of a dojo that you have to fight to get it. And then some old guy gives you an eevee to which you decide if you want to evolve it (yeah, I know the idea sucks, but oh well). Oh! Or a trade for a steel type using metal coat.
But yeah, I like the new games so far (havent played them yet), because it just looks cool with all the new mechanics. and th dream world ability.
Yeah. The new Pokemon were definitely 'Rushed'.
Every generation has its goods and bads. Magnemite, Diglett, Oddish, all those look rushed too. but yeah I get what you mean now.EcHoFiiVe said:Well I'm not saying that. Yeah I still play it and I pretty much already have my squad for white set out. I won't deny a lot of them seem dumb but it doesn't really matter if you're gonna wipe them out in a second anyway
I can't stand his first stage but his final stage is pretty cool imo, I'm gonna go with him just for that.zHellas said:I still play it, and I'm 16.
Yeah, they do kinda look silly, but I'll learn to love them.Sneeze said:I still play and love the series and I'm 21, I don't care. Heart Gold was awesome. :3
But from what I've seen of the B&W 'mon they do look a bit, well, shit. :/
Oshawott ftw!
