Sleeping pills? Just from over the counter stuff see if that helps you get to sleep on those nights. You could also try really tiring yourself out by for example doing lots of vigirous exercise before bed.

Expect some health issues if it continues long term. I'd go see a doctor, I mean, what have you got to lose right?

You need to get about 8 hours of sleep a night, but I"m one to talk since I only get about 4 hours a night.
