Now that I'm on a posting in Korea, I'm going to have to generalise broadly and say REAL FOOD. Seriously, everything here tastes either like it's going to kill you, or that the makers felt it wasn't going to have given you diabetes quickly enough.
Yeah food in korea is shite.

Dunkin' Donuts. I live in Ireland, where the only specialist doughnuts are made by Tim Hortons, and are sold for between ?1.20 and ?1.80 ($1.50 - $2.25) EACH. I went to Florida for my holidays 5 years ago, and you could get a 10 pack for that price. Damn, I miss cheap Boston Cream doughnuts. CURSE YOU AMERICA AND YOUR AWESOME SNACK FOOD!

Orange. Fanta. Seriously, what's so hard about that? It's in every other damn country except Canada. They finally released Fanta here about 3 years ago and I was very excite. But then the flavours are "Grape", "Creme Soda", and "Tangerine". TANGERINE!? The hell is a tangerine? All I know is that it isn't Orange.

Well being a Brit living in the United States, there is a lot of stuff I really miss... Walker's Cheese and Onion, Worcester Sauce, and Prawn Cocktail flavour crisps, pickled onions and Branston Pickle are really expensive over here (talking on the verge of about £8 per jar of Branston).

What else... oh I wish we could get Bovril... I miss it so much.
Woah, WHAT. I fancied moving to America, but fuck it if it doesn't have those very important items.
OT: More Monster flavours, Twinkies, female Dutch football fans (seen them during the World Cup, they all seem to be very attractive) and Japan's broadband speed.

Roscoe's Chicken And Waffles. They have it California but not here in Texas. I die a little inside when I remember that fact.

I wish the CRTC didn't cockblock all the companies we could have here, and for better broadband plans which relates to the first.

I currently live in Ohio, but I'm from Texas and used to live in New Orleans. That being said, I miss quality gumbo and red beans & rice in particular. Probably, if I were on death row, I would ask for red beans and rice as my last meal. Simple, yet difficult to find exactly right up here.

I wish archery here in Aus was more mainstream, my gear would be so much cheaper T.T

We don't even have football as mainstream..

Although question, is archery equipment legal to carry to.. wherever you shoot? Used to have a few bows, haven't shot in years though.

And you know, this _is_ Aus, was half expecting it to be flat out illegal. :p
Well, we archers dodged a high caliber sniper round back in the 90s with that crossbow murder that got unlicensed crossbows banned but bows are still legal for now, heck, if they ban bows, they're gonna have a few thousand compound archers to answer too. But not me, I shoot recurve 8D. And yes, it is legal.

I want to be able to go to the store and buy a game without ending up 100 dollars poorer. Freaking import taxes.

I wish we had game platforms, N64, Dreamcast, Gamecube, Wii, PS3, XBOX 360, anything really, the only two consoles I had growing up were the NES and the PSOne. (although there is one PS3 in the city, but it's price is somewhere 1200$, so no thank you). Also the only original games you can buy around here are Toy Story, Mickey Mouse and that kind of stuff, but they cost 50-60$.

Whereabouts do you live? The last time I saw Mountain Dew was in Southampton, a few crates of it stacked on the shelf of an offie.
Woot, Sarfampton. I think i know where you're thinking of, and they do a load of US imports (like Mountain Dew, but also things like Lucky Charms, Nerdz etc) so i don't think that really counts - they put a massive markup on it, a box of Lucky Charms'll set you back about 13 quid if i remember rightly.
That sounds more like one of those speciality imported sweet shops. Is there one in Southampton now? Whereabouts?

The place I saw them was an off-licence in Bedford Place, it might have been Champagne Charley's, but then again it might not.
There's an offy on the main road in Totton with an adjacent sweet shop owned by the same peeps. I can't remember what it's called, but its definately got the 'Dew ;)
Totton? TOTTON?! That isn't a real place!

I live in Winchester these days anyway, and rarely even make it to Southampton proper. I don't have the time for tramping around the extremities ;-)

SNOB! :p Perhaps learning to rough it again with us peasants living outside Winchester might be a valuable life affirming exercise lol
