Now about your question, I don't see why you're trying to establish a middle ground when it comes to sexuality. Everyone's in a unique situation. People are straight, gay, and everything in between. I can appreciate an attractive man (hello, Neil Patrick Harris), but actually doing anything sexual with one? Good God, no.
And not everything sexual turns everyone on. A lot of people have foot fetishes. I find feet to be disgusting. Every single aspect of sexuality is subjective, so looking for a middle ground is pretty tough.

Now, if my fiancée offered me a threesome with another woman in exchange for her getting a threesome with another guy, then I would definitely engage in some sexual acts with a dude I thought was attractive enough (not as far as penetration, though). But I wouldn't be turned on by it, and I wouldn't do it for my or his pleasure. I'd be doing it because I know it would excite my fiancée and would make her more inclined to engage in similar activities I find exciting once the threesome with another woman happened.
