Holo (I've said it before, Spice & Wolf business/dating simulation visual novels in Japan, so it counts). Because seriously, who wouldn't want to be friends with a cute girl with the tail and ears of a wolf and who can turn into a badass GIANT WOLF!
hmm, Mordin Solus, for science, but he'd only live for a decade. Garrus would be cool but he'll constantly be calibrating, so I'd go for my main Shepard, but she's socially and emotionally broken and... well, It'll be fine, honest.

Bumblebee. A nice car, and one that talks to you and is your guardian. Amazing best friend right there.
A) Commander 'Anus' Shepard, Think bout the ammount of ass you'd be able to get if he was your wingman, also I wouldn't say no to calling shotgun on the normandy tbh.
