Bioware and Relic. I think Relic is a fairly underrated developer. They've built some pretty amazing engines for their games. Company of Heroes alone was practically FPS quality graphics when it was released with real time physics, destructable environments, and deformable terrain. Having all that and still managing to have large armies on screen all at once with a respectable frame rate is pretty incredible if you ask me. Throw in some Bioware story, characters, and gameplay mechanics and you've got one hell of a great game.
