Not copyright infringement.

Possibly trademark infringement.

You might not think it's an important distinction, but I do. Copyright and trademark are two completely different beasts which serve two completely different purposes.

[small]Xpyct means crunch. It is pronounced something like hroost.[/small]

This is cartoons being taken the right way. Just start watching the entire channel. They are all REALLY good caricatures of celebrities and ideas duking it out like only Russian Cartoonists can bring. It is very reminiscent of the originals, Tom and Jerry-like stuff.

Awesome.

And you guys still wonder why Russians are such popular enemies in Western pop-culture alongside Nazis, robots, aliens and zombies. It's because writers and publishers want to get back at us for grinding copyright laws into fine powder and snorting them.
/end joke

But those are very funny and clever. Russian animation was always cool.

And oh.

It's actually not a french fries but rather super-baked rye bread (kinda like hardtack). It's very salty and comes in small pieces as a snack to beer. And it's crunchy indeed.
That. Many people told about the name, but only one about what those really are.

I think the product is called Crunch (if the name is Хруст) or the Russian to English translator lied to me.
Yeah, something like that.
OT: That was actually quite funny, although the ad campaigns by this company were always pretty laughable. I mean, funny.
Both.

Epic. Makes me proud to be a Russian.

Also if you're wondering about how the snacks are called. It's Хрус (cyrillic part) and Team (english part). Pronounced Khrusteam, it basically means "Crunching" (in verb form, as in "We're crunching smth").

And they're nothing special... But bonus points to them for the ads anyway.
