Mirror's Edge should've been a sandbox game.

Assassins' Creed was too repetitive, and should've been a sandbox.

Endwar, would of prefered more upgrades and more units, maps as well, this goes for WIC too.
now WIC was one of the best RTS games i played so i cant agree with you there, and i wanted endwar badly but it sucked ass! i mean the thing that ruined it for me was that you cant really control the camera unless its centered on your unit

I agree with that too, i just wish they had given us more, a couple of units and supports isnt much y'know?

its not really that restrictive and since there is no Fog of war it works well, enemies have to be in line of sight to engage etcetera and you cant go zoom across the map to peak at what he has, there is a zoom to which i love using.

Lego Star Wars: the main flaw in that game was that everything was made of lego.
I had that EXACT thought, it was probably the only Star Wars game that perfectly followed the movie well, I spent a good amount of time wishing it was not so kid oriented.

Are you shitting me? That was the best part!

It's way funnier for stormtroopers to break apart into blocks than to explode in a spray of gore.

The voice acting in almost every JRPG in recent memory.

If five with good voice acting can be named I will be surprised.

Fallout III should have been more like a free-roaming fps, instead of an rpg with too many stats to worry about.

Could you imagine playing Call of Duty with V.A.T.S. built into the game?
...It is an RPG. This game wasn't TRYING to be an FPS, because it is based off of an RPG. The fact that it involves guns just makes people expect it to be like Halo and CoD.

I don't enjoy playing Mass Effect because the gunplay is just horrible. I had fun with it for a few hours, but it's stiff and hard to control.

Bionic Commando if the swinging had worked...and the combat had worked...bad example.

Eat Lead: The Return of Matt Hazard if only the difficulty wasn't so annoying. I wanted to like that game, bu then 7 enemies randomly showed up behind me, off screen and killed me.

If they'd made mirror's edge longer and fixed all the glitches it would have been good.
Also the controls for enter the matrix.

Ninga Gaiden II.
If only it were beatable...

Okay, so obviously I know it is. But would a difficulty curve resembling something other than the face of a cliff be too much to ask?

If the combat in Mass Effect was just a little more fine tuned then combine that with the brilliant dialouge, charming characters and imaginative setting I think it would have been a masterpiece that succeeded on all levels. The combat's fine enough in Mass Effect but it could have been better.

Dead Space, with a heavier level on psychological horror and isolation this game could have been something special. As it stands it's just a nice creative third person shooter.

If there had been a longer and slightly deeper campaign mode in Halo 3 then it would have been absolutley perfect instead of simply 'near perfect'. Show more of the elites and humans working together and of course bring Cortana back into the picture much earlier like around the time of the level 'Floodgate' because I missed her sense of humour. Also give the Arbiter a little more screen time.
Other than that I loved it.

Soul Calibur 4, it would have been nice if someone had politley but firmly asked Miss Valentine to please put some clothes on.

Bioshock.... should have just ended at Bioshock there shouldn't be another one there's no need.

You do realize that Fallout 1 and 2 were both top-down RPG's, right?
I don't care! I just wanted to shoot people!

Argh, that game. I almost finished it because I was obsessed with The Matrix at the time, but the last level, you had to fly that spaceship...Terrible controls+Dodging things in a constricted tunnel=/=Good gameplay.
So I gotta agree with you there.

Then go play Halo or CoD or something! Fallout 3 is an RPG, just as it was meant to be. If you took the stats out, it'd be just another shooter.

Do they explode in red blocks, 'cause THAT would be hilarious. "Chunked" would take on a whole new meaning.

If only Morrowinds combat wasn't so terrible. I want Morrowind with the combat of Oblivion.
