you want houndoom then, Venosaur isnt actually a poison type, seeing as the only poison moves it can learn are Stunspore and Poisonpowder (if you want a poison pokemon, it needs to be able to learn Sludge bomb and Toxic), both of which can be learned by generic grass pokemon anyway.

you want big giant monster to step on people? you need Regirock or Groudon, as venosaur, no matter how awesome, is slow as balls (think snale if instead of small rock, they had a massive tree on their back)
