easy the 360's army would be half defective which cuts there ranks to even with the playstation, playstation = japanese = Gundamn's = Win then PC would just launch its army of spies to sabotage PS3 with trojan horses and what not until sony implode or go insane

Factions
-The PS3 (as has been said by cannot_aim) would be armed with a few huge mechs, with pilots not being trained completely but still know the basics. Troops would be heavily armoured but can still move relatively quickly.
-The 360 would have lots of different ammo types and lots of troops, but half of them have the uncanny ability to spontaeneously combust without warning. Tanks, Anti-Vehicle RPGs and LMGs are available. Lots of troops lied about their age to join.
-The Wii soldiers would be armed with weirdly powered swords that, when hit, enemies feel damage a minute after. It's also full of young children and old-people, whom are all invincible but have short attention-spans. They wear shiny armour that has weird sparkly trails, but does fuck all to help them.
-The PC army would just have a huge almost-indestructable floating fortress the sends barrages down every so often when the others attempt to attack them. They do have supporters and use similar technology of some factions (most commonly of the Microsoft forces), but they generally fight against all console forces. Lots of batallions are notorious for stealing large amounts of weapons and supplies from companies.
Suppliers
- EA - They just give the factions the same weapons, over and over again, rarely adding anything useful except the odd improved scope or increased accuracy.
- Infinity Ward - Started out dedicated to the PC faction, but then started supplying the Sony and Microsoft forces aswell. Lately have been giving PC forces weapons made for consoles, and have started 'mistakedly' giving the PS3 faction inferior hardware. They have yet to start supporting the Nintendo forces. Weapons prices have increased to stupid figures recently
- Insomniac Games - Long-time dedicated supplier for the Sony forces, mostly they have supplied great weapons periodically, only a few have been slightly underwhelming. Unforetunately, quite a few batallions don't seem to know about these weapons.
- Bungie - Most popular weapons manufacturer in the Microsoft forces. Started making hunting weapons for the neutral country of Apple, but was then bought by the Microsoft forces, and made a weapon that, surprisingly mediocre, was the the best choice by the soldiers. Whilst the weapons haven't changed much, and are inferior to quite a few weapons, they seem to do the job. Also sell weapons to the PC forces, although their two most recent weapons are unavailable for them.
- Nintendo - In-house weapons developer for the Nintendo forces. Have been making the same series' of weapons ever since the forces were first sent out into battle. They have all improved, some are variations of their actions, but when it boils down, they all do the same thing. Occasionally, they make a new version of their combination-use weapons, which feature many different uses.
- id - Mostly make one type of weapon, but they are renowned for their technological adanvces, some of which shape all the weapons the forces use to this day.
- Valve - After leaving a Microsoft-supporting PC batallion, one group of soldiers turned to weapons development. Mostly made for PC forces, with some console modifications (including for the now-retired Sega forces, who are now just weapons suppliers). Recently started a system where they release attachments for a base weapon, to spread out the release of new weapons. However, the most recent attachment has yet to be released to the forces. Most recently have been assisting the Xbox faction and PC faction more than anything. They have only released 3 slightly defective weapons to the PS3 forces, with assistance for EA. They have yet to make anything for the PS3 forces.

360s would look like turrets from Portal and PS3s like those from Half-Life 2, I'm not sure what a Wii would look like.
I love the idea of Apple sitting back in a ergonomic lawn chair watching the factions beat the snot out of each other, While they watch they are sorting through photo albums and listening to an iPod. Then after countless hours, photo's and playlists, the Apple faction gets a though.... wait, we can make games too?
Seriously, the only games that Apple has are for the iphone.

Well it comes down to sponsors. If this was being fought "Dark Future" style in general the only company with the assets to be a factor would be Sony. Microsoft might do some electronics manyfacturing but they are by and large a software company, albeit a huge one. They probably would have been forcibly taken over long before this point by a power with actual manufacturing, but if somehow they were independant they would soon be co-opted by units of cyber-ninjas and such. Nintendo is in a similar position.
See, Microsoft is huge and rich because of operating systems and software, which is possible because of the war the real world works. Nintendo does one thing, games and game machines. Sony is a multinational giant with tons of differant sub companies. They are involved in everything from electronics (their main business), to heavy machinery, to producing their own music and movies. They are involved in most of the markets they touch on in at a world class level.
So really, Sony could produce it's own private army similar to "Cyberpunk 2020" or "Shadowrun" more or less in house if it didn't have to worry about the goverment. Companies like Microsoft and Nintendo would be the kind of "big deal" companies that
suddenly died or got absorbed during whatever event "changed the world".
Microsoft is viewed as being as evil as Sony, and might have a lot of money, but when it comes down to actual resources and what they actually control... well Sony is considered by many the leading name in evil corperations for some good reason. Indeed I'd also say that I think Sony was the real world basis for fantastic creations like Shadowrun's "Renraku" and other dark future Japanocorps.
Or in short... elite divisions of the Red Samurai pwn everyone. Bill Gate's head becomes a corperate trophy, and one day Nintendo simply disappears without a word and we just notice that the Sony name is on the next Mario game.
