Let's see...
I'm a pretty good shot with a rifle (unfortunately I don't own or know how to maintain one, but I live in the US [making guns easy to acquire], and I learn quickly)
I know how to use a cast net to catch fish (much more efficient in this case than a rod and reel, which I also know how to use)
I know how to properly build and maintain a fire, even if I have to start from a flint and steel
I can properly use an axe (more people think they know how to do this than actually know it)
I know how to use said axe to split firewood (again, not a common skill)
I know how to use a file and a whetstone to keep my tools sharp
I know how to pitch a tent
I have basic sewing skills
I have no qualms about killing an animal for food
I'm pretty good at basic first aid (particularly dressing wounds)
As a plus for the above, seeing blood puts me into crisis resolution mode, instead of making me feel sick
I have some experience with gardening -- not enough to start farming on my own, but enough that in a crisis situation, I could help out someone who did
I know how to make a raised garden plot, which given access to manure or some other sort of fertilizer, can be used to grow food in a small area with relatively poor soil
Less serious, but still true: I've got zombie survival experience in the form of HVZ. I'm a major resistance leader at my school, and I helped secure the first human victory in the state in the Spring 2011 term.
This actually worked out to a much longer list than I thought it would.
