If you are not playing Modern Warfare 3, what are you playing instead?

Uncharted 3, Dark Souls and Radiant Historia. I don't think MW3 has anything to offer that could possibly pull me away from any of those 3 games.
How is Radiant Historia?
Fairly awesome. It's got a real old-school vibe, almost as though it's some snes RPG that was only just localized last year. The story's got a few typical JRPG tropes here and there, but the writing's solid and the time-traveling aspect is really snazzy (If not as open-ended as one would assume time-traveling might be).

Gears of war 3, Team Fortress 2, and possibly Tomba 2. at least until Skyrim kills all motivation to play anything else for a while.

Obligatory inquiry: how does it compare to Chrono Trigger?

It definitely doesn't do anything to usurp Chrono Trigger's status as the go-to game for JRPG/Time-traveling mavens. If anything though, while you can likely attribute Radiant Historia's genesis to having to do with some fellow wanting to make something akin to CT, it still feels unique enough to not be derivative. Plus, I feel like to an extent the time-traveling may have actually been better implemented in Radiant Historia. At least in that you feel as though your actions are affecting the time-lines more obviously/immediately.

Sonic Generations, Sanctum and The Battle for Wesnoth, though I will be playing Skyrim a soon as it comes out. I also hope to get through the massive number of un-played steam demos I have downloaded.

Halo 3 and Half Life 2 ep 2-3, believe it or not. Along with some LoL thrown in there for good measure.

Homefront. *waits for bouts of laughter to cease*

No, seriously, my cousin's friend gave it to me and said I should play it cause it was laughably easy/short.. which is exactly the sort of thing I usually enjoy in an FPS cause I generally don't like the damn things.

Aside from that I'm in the middle of a new save on FF1 for the GBA. I have a Monk/Red Mage/Monk/Monk party going and we're pretty much finishing every battles in one round, it's awesome. I'm also playing several SNES games on the Wii using snes9x GX (currently E.V.O. and Illusion of Gaia, from the days when Enix didn't suck).

Oh, and I'm kinda trying to slowly slog through Pokemon Yellow, but I gotta be in a mood to play that. Looking forwards to Saints Row 3 next week, though.

EDIT: Oh gods, someone mentioned Sonic Generations. My cousin is playing this right now and my first thought was "Why the hell doesn't Classic Sonic talk, but Classic Tails does?" followed shortly by "Why the hell didn't they have Jaleel White playing Classic Sonic talking about chili dogs and calling people slow-mos?!" Seriously, they missed a golden opportunity. I mean, classic Tails even sounds kinda like the one from the cartoon. All we needed was Scratch & Grounder cameos, which would've fit in with the fact that just about everyone ELSE makes one. I keep waiting for that girl from 2006 to show up.

I recently bought Fallout New Vegas and is busy scurrying around the Mojave while reading about ponies on my laptop.
