I was born with a cleft lip and pallet. I don't think it makes me look ugly, my surgeon did an excellent job in making me look normal (you can only tell if you get really close). It's just because of that I have terrible teeth problems. I'm 18 years old and have had braces since the 4th grade.

My mortality. I'd make myself immortal (with no aging).
I match your immortality and raise you shapeshifting (you could shapeshift into a visually identical self that doesn't age, or has super-strength, or can shoot lasers, or has more muscle, or is obscenely attractive in the 'people simply gravitate towards you' way. It is like immortality, but better.

OT: Fine, I'll be reasonable. I'd want to be perfect physically (not necessarily 'sexy incarnate', just with a reasonable amount of muscle, perfect physiological health (no pimples, darker skin (to prevent freckling), no moles, and all my tissue and organs in peak condition). With minimal physical limitations, the only things stopping me doing what I want is my desire and determination to do so.

The one thing I would change would be my inability to feel for others.
It's not like I'm making an effort not to, it just doesn't come, and it depresses the SH!T out of me

Change my body so I could actually gain muscle. No matter how much I lift I don't gain any muscle bulk nor do I get appreciably stronger, and I've tried a few regimens.

That or I'd make myself a few inches shorter I'm 6'2" andwould love to be about 5'9".
EAT... EAT... AND THEN EAT SOME MORE...
That's the only way to get big.
Trust me, i'm pretty fucking big. lol

I'd want to not be so damn fat, if I wasn't fat, I would be built like a tank, as it is now I'm built like a very flabby tank.

I raise you that and chose shapeshifting into fictional characters, gaining their abilities and memories!
I match you and raise you perfect shape-shifting. You can change into anything you can imagine while still maintainign your consciousness (so you can become a sentient armchair if you really want).

I raise you that by having that and the ability to summon fictional characters into reality and, if you want, brainwash them. Army of Willow Rosenburgs, River Tams and SPARTAN-IIs FTW! Plus, my very own Rin!
I call that, and raise you being able to summon reality into fictional worlds (because why bring Yuna and Anima into our world, when we can bring nukes to theirs?).

I raise you the powers of the chirstian God (that is to say, everything).
I raise you logic (the psychlogical nature of the Christian god is benevolent and omniscient, and so he (it?) cannot be omnipotent, or, more accurately, his power cannot exceed that of the maximum energy expenditure of every human in existence performing the most enegrgy expending 'evil' task.) But more importantly, I raise you elightenment (in that 'one with the world' kind of way, so you become completely in tune with everything, inanimate or otherwise).

I'd make myself 1/4-of-an-inch taller. When I was a kid I wanted to be 6-even, and fell just shy of the mark.

I'd make myself a Timelord. That way, I can use my time-traveling/immortality to become a billionare, and I can use my regeneration over and over again until I'm taller and less fat.

I mean, it's not like I'm morbidly obese or anything, but I could stand to lose a few pounds. And gain a few inches.

In height.
