If you could erase one game from your memory to play it again what would it be?

Nier. The story was great, with an amazing the story. The combat is dull enough to make me want to avoid playing through it again. And the great twist wouldn't surprise me anymore, unfortunately.

Without a single doubt, Planescape: Torment.

Such an awesome story of self-discovery, I was blown away by the game the first (and second and third) time I played it through

sonic adventure 2 battle and sadly Halo 3. i dont like the halo series but when i played through it and got the final ending mission it was a rush and i love th final battle against the ultimate life form with hyper shadow and super sonic. oh i almost forgot mass effect and Final fantasy crystal chronicles. mass effect has a wonderful climax, letting the council fucking die for being stuck up dicks to me the entire game and crystal made me feel good likei got to know them and i have to get close to the character i made up...oh well

None. My memory is so terrible that I don't have to erase it. That said, I would pick Shadow of the Colossus because of the puzzle-solving awesomeness with "Holy Hell, I'm gonna die." bosses.

I could probably buy the game right now with no knowledge on how to defeat most of the colossi.

Holy shit! Yes, yes and double yes! Erase all memory I have about the other games of the franchise, too. They are absolutely amzing (yes, I even like the 3rd)

and while you're at it, please make me oblivious to:
Vagrant Story
Gabriel Knight
Xenogears
Silent Hill 1-3
Lost Odyssey
Fatal Frame 1-3

So... that's... my one game.

Yea, I'd have to go with KOTOR too.

I sadly already knew the twist when I was playing, since I played it YEARS after it first came out. I still enjoyed the game and still loved the way the story was handled and unfolded. But damn, to actually not know the story, I'd appreciate the twist even more.

The Earthbound/Mother series. It's got such amazing stories and funny characters and monsters. A very fun series all around.
