If you could have a game made for YOU, what would it be like?

A sandbox RPG with LOTS of Shadow of the Colossus-style travelling on horseback, deep four-button combat/mounted combat, and plenty of fighting in epic battles. All I'm askin' for!

1st/3rd person post-apocalyptic steampunk RPG. Yah, I know, that sounds a hell of a lot like fallout, but that would be awesome.

something along the lines of werewolf the apocolypse RPG. solid story interactivity that we all crave and a smooth flow between melee and ranged attacks. that and for fluff sake someone figure out first person dual wield. (untold fun could be had in oblivion wielding Umbra and goldbrand at the same time ^^)

Looking For a Sim Based Space Action Rpg .Played from the point of view of an officer onboard a freelance starship. The game would invovle a large sandbox world full of raiders, traders, mining and opposing factions. The Day to day involves a varity of tasks set around your class and mini games within the ship to create a scene of real life. Some tasks will can of course be auto-managed and the actual living part is optional.

The Combat is the focus of the game each ship will be equiped with flyable fighter planes and turrets so each battle has a choice of what roll you can play including numerous jobs with in the ship itself.

I like to think if the project became popular there would also be land aspects such as infantry combat using squads and in some cases vechicles.

The game would feature a fully customisable crew, ship and vechicles

I would love to see the universe of 40k into an mmo with a freedom of choise and lvl up system like ultima on-line.Also with total freedom meaning if you want to shoot someone you just can be it in cities or anywhere else.No safe havens anywhere,i would also like to be able to buy a house of somekind or even a spaceship and be able to upgrade it and decorate it.And i wouldnt want any raiding like wow, instead let the players create factions (guilds) and control area (like eve i quess?)and then let them govern the game world.I mean let the players create the bad and the good guys but absolute freedom is needed to achieve that.
Sorry for any typos or spelling errors but its very early in the morning:)
Thank you for reading.

I would buy that game.

There was a mod a few years back that was going to make some type of RPG or MMORPG environment out of the Source engine set in an Island-esque city-state. If anyone remembers The Specialists RP, it would have been something like that and 'ts_mecklenburg'.

GTA4 was pretty close, but the forced social aspects sucked, I would like a world that's bigger than Liberty City, and have some kind of MMO aspect. It wouldn't necessarily be an RPG, but more like an FPS with RPG aspects (Bioshock anyone?).

Anything involving greased up pigs and pickup-truck chases with plinkety country music in the background.

Roll on Redneck Rampage Resurrection.

If i was being realistic about what could be achieved and also wanted it on the market, it would be this:

An RPG game which isn't too realistic, but not too ridiculous, has an excellent script and storyline, and love-able characters. A WIDE variety of things to do within a massive (but not stupidly massive) world. I would love complete character customisation, but it's always done appallingly, so if i'm being serious, i'd rather not. A proper linear storyline but on a monster scale. Essentially a fighting game, but with loads of options how you go about it, and then heavily stressing on other puzzles to push you through the game. A few fantastic settings, comprising of diverse-looking towns, villages, cities, countryside.
Ahh, 'twould be amazing.

A sandbox uh action type game I guess, would be completley over the top and would say screw you to realism. You would play a guy/girl whith inhuman powers, insaine strength/speed/can jump off buildings and survive etc. No idea what the plot would be but who cares you would basicly just cause mayhem in a huge sandbox city, grab crars or lift and throw them weapons whatever rampage inside and out of the buildings. All while topped off to a heavy rock/metal soundtrack and over the top bosses like a cthuloid horror in the middle of a city or eh aliens!

First person shooter/RTS Combination.

There are a number of rather large continents, belonging to a variety of warring nations. You can choose to be born into any area of the game, and fight alongside whatever army/militia/police force you wish too until you get enough equipment, skills, and cash to venture out on your own. Conversely, you could simply go the peaceful route by starting a shop somewhere and creating a franchise. Or, instead of venturing out on your own, you could start your own industry once you takeover/build a set of mines or whatnot.

From here you can recruit your own soldiers, build your own forts/towns/outposts, and eventually start your own nation or claim whatever land you own for the nation you are already a part of.

Then it is war time! Or you could just sit tight and build your little chunk of land into the most heavily defended fuck fortress that has ever existed. Basically a "do whatever the hell you want" game ala TES, but RTS style.

Not sure who I'd want to make it. Possibly Sir-Tech if they were still around. But it would definitely be a semi-turn-based RPG with a semi-open world. Sort of like the later Wizardry games.

But unlike anything else, it would be a game about finding love, or at least persuing it. Sure I'd rather be a sword-weilding bandit-type, but the goal is not money, or fame. Just love. She's out there, beyond the realm of violence and chaos, past the hoards of fools standing in my way. Ideally I'd have many different obstacles with a variety of ways to get beyond them. And what lengths would I go to? Lets just say, I'm not going to let anything stand in my way.

If only The Princess Bride was a game... ahhh, to dream.

"Inconceivable!"
