Well i was going to say Robot extendo penis but that arm idea sounds good. To often do i have to move the grab items.
What if your robotic penis doubled as a hammer or something?

Probably an eye. It would give me superhuman perception and accuracy. Plus, X Ray vision, night vision, thermal vision, and sepia vision in case I was feeling old timey.

From my understanding of the respiratory system, I get how robotic lungs would work, but they'd still just be pumping water into your bloodstream underwater. You'd have to work out some kind of filtering system that just removes the oxygen, and that seems like a hassle.

A cyberbrain. Think Ghost in the Shell. If you should attack me and I 'die'. The armored casing of my cerebellum and whatnot would survive to see another body or something.

Robotic, luminescent eyes.
So when in a dark room (ie Theater) with some obnoxious person, I can just glare at them with glowy eyes. That will probably shut them up.
If they don't, The eye implants also shoot lasers.
For years I've also thought it would be great to have glowing eyes, just to glare at people.

Enhanced vision & lasers would also be pretty useful, but not as important as the "power of the glare".

Imagine the fun you could have scaring annoying kids with just a look...

But they do say "The eyes are the window of the soul", so I'm not sure I'd want to risk losing my humanity by having robotic eyes (unless they were damaged in a horrible accident).

I want a robotic endoskeleton that would enhance my normal body functions i.e. nano-tech driven bone marrow for advanced healing and cleansing.

My left arm from the elbow down. Replace with some sort of modular joint. Chainsaw, arm-cannon, bottle opener, whatever I can think of...or afford. But hey, if I'm getting cybernetic implants, I probably don't have to worry about money.

Definitely Ghost in the Shell style Cyborg Body and Brain. I agree no hacking
That. Or...
-A body like Jeremiah's in Code Geass R2
-A set of robotic hands...so I could own at any video game or instrument I'll ever play.

A robotic hand.

And not one that looks like a normal human hand either.

Like a skinless terminator hand.

I would say eyes, just for the fact I wouldn't have to worry about glasses or eye exams.

robot eyes. Infra-red vision, X-ray Vision, Photo ability(combined with X-ray), maybe linked to a top-secret satelite thus giving me clear image of EVERYTHING on earth.
That and organs. Brain stays mine
