I'd take robotic feet so I could wear any high-heels I wanted and stand up all day at work without any pain whatsoever. They'd also be adjustible in size, so I could buy any size shoes.

Eyes. They'd have zoom in/out functionality up to a high multiplier, they'd have different vision modes (normal, infrared, nightvision), they'd be able to glow menacingly if I wanted, and best of all, I could give my vision a crosshair overlay so I could feel menacing if I wanted. And they'd shoot lasers. But they could still look like normal eyes, or duplicate other people's for retina scannes etc.

A robotic eye.
Only I can use it as a little computer and TV screen. And look through clothes. And identify what objects are made of and how they work. And look through clothes. And also it could detatch from my eye socket for looking round corners. And look through clothes.

Mostly looking through clothes come to think of it.

Bone marrow, to produce specialized nano-scale robots and spread them through my blood.
Those could repair my cells, have enhanced oxygen storing capacity (damn stairs), destroy viruses and cancer cells, filter out pesticides, trans fatty acids, lead, etc.; clean clogged arteries and perhaps partially change the colour of my skin so I would't have to pay for tattoos.

Nightvision and better vision than I have now or a new spine. Hell, yes, I need a new spine.

To be honest, I'd love to be able to replace every one of my bodyparts as they fail. Or install new internal organs that are better, or assist the one's I already have.

The spine comes first though, the one I have does nothing but hurt a lot, and keeps me from leading the life I want to.

I would say robotic claws like the Necron Flayed Ones:

Retractable of course. Actually, if I could get an entire body of Necrodermis that would be awesome.

I'd go with the robotic brain because that would essential mean that my consciousness is immortal and I could be wired to a robotic body when my flesh one died.

A robotic brain would be good...in my pants. If I had a robotic penis I could REALLY think with my d#@k.

Just combinise me, replace my insides with old-fashioned robotic materials and my eyes too.
If I'd have to pick, I'd go with robotic hands. Just because they're so useful.

Robot eyes and hands. Eyes that can act as a monitor for an orbital computer, and hands that can input information into it.

Yeah, collapsible or removable wings would be amazing.

A cyborg brain, ghost in the shell style would be pretty mint - that is, if you were the only one, and so unlikely to be hacked, heh. Being able to enter a virtual world, interact with it as naturally as walking and talking, the level of gaming that full immersion virtual reality would offer... heh, it would be pretty sweet.

If I could have had any super power, I would probably have gone for super speed, so perhaps a performance booster implant, meshed into my nervous system and linked to muscle enhancers and/or synthetic muscles would be up my street. Would be pretty bitching, to be honest.
You pretty much summed up what I was going to say. Except I would want my legs to turn into rocket skates that would work on any surface.
