It would have to be Shapeshifting/Immortality for me. Something that makes it both, like full control over all the cells in my body and the ability to grow new ones at high speed. Then I could alter my genetic makeup to look different but would also be immortal. Go me.

I would easily become a prototype from the Prototype(duh) series. Being able to shapeshift into any person, have gigantic blades/whips/hammers for arms, practically being able to fly and run at 50 mph sounds like a whole lot of fun.
