I'm going to grad school soon to continue study engineering, but there are so many things I want to learn if I only had the time. So I'd go with simultaneous PhD-level mastery of genetics or something on top of my engineering skills.

I mean, what if, for the sake of argument, a meteor struck the earth and caused you to get blown into space? You'd be hurtling through space forever with no hope of escape!

OT, I think I'd like superhuman hearing. It would make listening to music infinitely more pleasurable.
